Business Development Executive (BDE)


About the Team

We are looking for BDE/BDM candeidate with Freight forwarding experince 

Role & Responsibilities

    Identify and Pursue Opportunities:

    Research and target potential clients and markets.

    Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events.

    Develop strategies to attract and acquire new clients.

    Build and Maintain Relationships:

    Establish strong client relationships and understand their needs.

    Tailor solutions to meet client requirements.

    Ensure client satisfaction through exceptional service.

    Develop and Present Proposals:

    Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

    Negotiate contract terms and close deals.

    Collaborate with Teams:

    Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams.

    Share insights and feedback to improve products and services.

    Achieve Sales Targets:

    Set and achieve ambitious sales goals.

    Monitor and report on sales performance.

Qualification & Experience

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

    Proven experience in business development or sales.

    Strong understanding of the freight forwarding and logistics industry.

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.

    Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
